摘要
工程教育认证为培养国际化的工科人才起到了示范作用,对于促进工程教育改革不断深化、人才培养质量持续提高具有指导意义。在现行工科人才培养中推行工程教育应特别关注产出什么、如何产出以及如何持续改进产出,打破思维模式的桎梏和管理模式的限制。首先要借助工程认证推进教育理念变革,相应地借助协同育人推进培养模式变革,借助平台建设推进课程体系变革,借助创新活动推进教学方法变革,借助多方反馈推进评价机制变革,从而循序渐进地推进人才培养体系的深层次变革。
Engineering education accreditation plays an exemplary role in cultivating international engineering talents and is of a guiding significance for continuously deepening the engineering education reform and sustained improvement of the quality of talent cultivation.In the current system of engineering talent cultivation,special attention should be paid to questions as what the outputs are,how the outputs are generated,and how to continuously improve the outputs in order to break the constraint of fixed mindset and restrictions of entrenched management mode.First,engineering accreditation should be leveraged to advance the reform of education concepts;accordingly,the co-cultivation mode should also be utilized to drive the reform of cultivation modes;platform construction should be drawn upon to advance the reform of the course system;new activities should be implemented to advance the reform of teaching methods;and feedback from multiple stakeholders should be employed to advance the reform of the evaluation system,so as to promote an in-depth reform of the talent cultivation system in a step-wise fashion.
