卫生事业管理专业医院实习模式探讨

Discussion on the Hospital Practice Mode of the Health Service Management Major

实习带教是卫生事业管理专业人才培养的重要组成部分,随着社会对复合型卫生人才需求的不断加大,如何才能培养出真正符合社会需求的卫生管理人才,是高等院校和教学医院关注的焦点,探索与创新卫生管理应用型人才实习教学模式已经成为研究的热点。该文从医院管理角度出发,通过分析卫生事业管理专业实习教学中医院带教存在的问题,总结了南京医科大学康达学院附属兴化医院带教的模式和接下来进一步带教的思考,以期对卫生事业管理专业本科生医院实习教学改革提供一定借鉴。

Practice teaching is an important part of the training of health management professionals.As the social demand for compound health talents continues to increase,how to train health management talents that truly meet the needs of the society is a concern for institutions of higher learning and teaching hospitals.Exploring and innovating the practice teaching mode of applied talents in health management has become a research hotspot.From the perspective of hospital management,this paper analyzes the problems in the practice teaching of health service management in hospitals,summarizes the mode of teaching in the writers’hospital and the next step in teaching,hoping to provide certain reference for the teaching reform of hospital practice for undergraduates majoring in health service management.
