产教融合下高职教育教学改革创新思路探讨

Discussion on the Innovative Thinking of Higher Vocational Education and Teaching Reform under the Integration of Production and Education

在国家新的人才战略视域下,高职教育教学工作的开展有了更多的内容和更丰富的形式。为了落实人才战略,为国家、社会培养更具专业水平和职业能力的人才,产教融合理念应运而生。现如今,产教融合逐渐发展成为提高高职教育教学质量的主要途径。产教融合教学能够切实提高学生的基础素质和专业素养,为实现技术创新、促进国家产业链结构转型、确保行业产业升级提供必要的条件。基于此种情况,高职教育教学改革被提上日程。高职院校教学改革成为现阶段高职院校践行人才培养战略、实现院校现代化建设的前提和基础。该文就产教融合背景下高职院校教学模式改革的具体措施与教育创新的具体思路展开研究,旨在更好地建设我国的教育事业。

Under the perspective of the state’s new talent strategy,the development of higher vocational education and teaching has more content and richer forms.In order to implement the talent strategy and cultivate more professional talents for the society and the state,the concept of integration of production and education came into being.Nowadays,the integration of production and education has gradually developed into the main way to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education.The integration of production and education can effectively improve the basic quality and professional quality of students,which in turn provides necessary conditions for achieving technological innovation,promoting the transformation of the national industrial chain structure,and ensuring industry upgrading.Based on this situation,the reform of higher vocational education and teaching has been put on the agenda.The teaching reform of higher vocational colleges has become the prerequisite and foundation for higher vocational colleges to implement the talent training strategy and realize the modernization of colleges.This paper launches the following research on the specific measures of the reform of the teaching mode of higher vocational colleges and the specific ideas of education innovation under the background of the integration of production and education,with the aim of better constructing education in China.
