摘要
受新冠肺炎疫情影响,人们的工作、学习与生活发生了重大改变,学生原本的生活状态被打破,引发了许多心理健康问题。在疫情防控期间,教师除了关注学生的身体健康外,还要对学生的心理健康进行辅导。心理健康主要指良好的生活状态适应能力,心理状态的改变会在心理和行为上表现出异常。教师要制订心理辅导方案,以提高学生的主观幸福感,激发学生的积极情感,使学生以健康的心理状态参与抗疫工作。
Affected by the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,people’s work,study,and life have undergone great changes,and the original living conditions of students were broken,which has caused many mental health problems.During the period of epidemic prevention and control,teachers should not only pay attention to the physical health of students,but also provide counseling for students’mental health.Mental health mainly refers to the ability to adapt to a good state of life.The change of mental state will cause abnormalities in psychology and behavior.Teachers need to formulate counseling programs to improve students’subjective well-being,and stimulate their positive emotions,so as to participate in the anti-epidemic work with a healthy mental state.
