试论安徽省南部地区农业机械化发展存在的问题及其对策

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Mechanization Development in Southern Anhui Province

由于自然环境较恶劣、农村劳动力文化程度低、农业供给侧问题突出等原因,安徽省南部地区不适宜普遍使用大型农机。但是,农业生产效率的提高又要求提升农机普及率,还要注重农业机械化发展的质量。因此,针对安徽省南部地区的特殊情况,为了促进潜在的生产力转化为现实生产力,提出了农艺农机有机融合、加大科研经费投入、发展高端农机、细化农产品产业链、加快推进农业机械化供给侧结构性改革等五项策略,五位一体,相辅相成。

Due to the bad natural environment,the low education level of rural labor force and the prominent problems of agricultural supply side,it is not suitable to use large agricultural machinery in southern Anhui Province.However,the improvement of agricultural production efficiency requires to improve the popularization rate of agricultural machinery,and also pay attention to the quality of agricultural mechanization development.Therefore,in view of the special situation of Southern Anhui Province,in order to promote the transformation of potential productivity into real productivity,this paper puts forward five strategies:organic integration of Agronomy and agricultural machinery,increasing investment in scientific research,developing high-end agricultural machinery,refining the industrial chain of agricultural products,and accelerating the supply side structural reform of agricultural mechanization.
