保障业务外包是保障模式的创新,是新形势下提升保障能力的有效举措。着眼当前我军装备保障建设需求,以稳妥推进装备保障军民融合深度发展为目标,系统分析了美军实施保障业务外包的动因及其外包实践,并从考察美军保障业务外包成功经验的视角,深度剖析了美军保障业务外包的保障机制,旨在分析其合理内涵,为推进我军装备保障军民融合式发展提供借鉴和参考。

Support outsourcing is an innovation of support mode and an effective measure to improve support capability under the new situation.Focusing on the current requirements of our army’s equipment support construction,with the goal of steadily promoting the deep development of civil military integration of equipment support,this paper systematically analyzes the motivation and practice of US Army’s support outsourcing,and from the perspective of reviewing the successful experience of US Army’s support outsourcing,deeply analyzes the support mechanism of US Army's support outsourcing,aiming at analyzing its reasonable connotation,so as to provide reference for promoting our military uniform.It can provide reference for the development of civil military integration.
