摘要
大学生是未来社会建设的主力军,大学生群体的道德发展趋势影响着全社会的道德水准走向。高校作为公民道德建设的重要阵地,要准确把握青年学生的思想特点,努力破解学校德育的实践困境,探索遵循道德建设的基本规律,着力创新道德提升的科学进路,坚持目标导向、问题导向、实践导向,聚焦主题,聚合主流,聚力主线,使"全员合力、全过程衔接、全方位协同"的"三全育人"机制成为推动高校大学生道德建设的有效路径。
College students are the main force of the future social construction. The tendency of college students’ moral development has an impact on the direction of the moral development of the whole society’. As a significant place for advancing citizens’ moral construction, colleges and universities should accurately grasp the ideological characteristics of young students, strive to overcome difficulties regarding school moral education in the practice, explore and observe the basic laws of moral construction, as well as introduce new and scientific approaches to improving citizens’ morality. Besides, it is of great necessity for colleges and universities to be unswervingly oriented to the objectives, problems therein, practice, subjects, mainstream and the main line, so that the mechanism of three-wide education that requires all faculty members’ joint efforts, the all-round cohesion and coordination in the whole process can become an effective way to promote the moral construction of college students.
