苏州太湖新城地下空间综合协同与一体化设计 被引量:4

摘要 太湖新城地下空间遵循"先规划后建设、先地下后地上、先生态后业态"的原则,致力打造一体化、有特色、可持续发展的标杆项目,成为国内第一个绿色三星大型独立地下空间。本工程集市政设施建设、地下空间开发、轨道交通衔接、综合管廊连通、周边地块联接、生态城市建设、智慧城市运营、城市景观提升、安全防灾系统于一体,针对设计和管理做了一系列探索和实践,通过地上地下综合一体化研究,形成全面系统、整体协同、贯穿始终的9个一体化策略,统筹协调政府、建设方、施工方等相关方面,落实到规划、设计、施工、运营等各个环节,关注城市和建筑的全生命周期,力求建设功能完善、环境优美、绿色生态、智慧超前、可持续发展的有生命力的新城。 The design of the underground space of Taihu New Town follows the principle of"first planning,then construction;first underground,then overground;first ecological,then commercial."The project strives to build a benchmark new town that is integrated,sustainable and with its own characteristics,it will become the first 3-star green and comprehensive underground space in China. This project integrates municipal infrastructure construction,underground space development,rail transit linkage,comprehensive tunnel connection,neighborhood integration,urban ecosystem building,smart city operation,urban landscape upgrade,and safety,security and protection against natural disasters. Extensive research and feasibility study have been carried out for the design and implementation of the project. Followed by substantial study on the overground and underground space development,the nine-dimension integration strategy is set to be pursued,with the collaboration among the government,the developers and the construction entities,the implementation of the integration strategy in planning,design,construction and operation,and focusing on the complete lifecycle of the architecture. The project is determined to build a well-functioning,beautiful and smart new town which is also ecologically sustainable.
