知情同意原则在居家安宁疗护中的应用探讨

The Exploration on the Application of the Principle of Informed Consent in Home Hospice Care

基于一家三级医院展开的居家安宁疗护实践探索,结合相关法律、政策规定,主要对居家安宁疗护护理服务中告知、知情、同意的具体内容及注意事项进行了探讨。研究发现,与在医疗机构中提供的安宁疗护相比,居家安宁疗护存在更大且易被忽视的风险,从事安宁疗护的医护人员需明确居家安宁疗护与在医疗机构中的差异,知晓知情同意的相关内容及重要性,将知情同意原则贯穿居家安宁疗护的始终,为推进安宁疗护事业健康顺利发展提供保障。

Combined with practice of a tertiary hospital and relevant laws,this article explores the contents of informing and consent in home hospice care.Compared with the hospice care provided in medical institutions,the home hospice care has a greater risk and is easily to be neglected.To provide guarantee for the healthy and smooth development of hospice care,hospice nurses should have a clear understanding of the differences between home hospice care and hospital hospice care,understand relevant contents and significance,and apply the principle of informed consent throughout the whole process of home hospice care.
