村级工业园区建筑改造设计研究

Research on the Reconstruction Design Techniques of Village-level Industrial Park

广州地区现存的村级工业园由于产业升级和城市转型导致其功能衰退,出现大量空置现象,制约了城市经济发展。在产业升级的大背景下,政府出台相关激励政策吸引开发商和园区业主进行投资改造设计。从广州海珠唯品同创汇更新改造的案例出发,通过实地调研剖析广州村级工业园现状空间主要存在问题,研究总结其在总体布局、交通路网、功能分区、动态空间、绿化景观上的改造设计手法,以期为村级工业园更新改造再利用提供参考。

Due to industrial upgrading and urban transformation,the existing village-level industrial parks in Guangzhou have declined in function,and a large number of vacancies have appeared,restricting the development of the city’s economy.In the context of industrial upgrading,the government has issued relevant incentive policies to attract developers and park owners to invest in transformation and design.Starting from the case of Guangzhou Haizhu vipshop’s foreign exchange renewal and transformation,the paper analyzes the main existing problems in the current space of Guangzhou village-level industrial parks through field research,and studies and summarizes its overall layout,transportation network,functional zoning,dynamic space,and green landscape.The transformation design method is expected to provide a reference for the renovation and reuse of the village-level industrial park.
