摘要
元胞自动机与多智能体系统,作为当下生成式建筑设计中常用方法中的重要分支,因其能生成一些人类设计师难以想象的建筑形式和空间形态而被广大设计师所喜爱。通过梳理元胞自动机与多智能体系统的最初概念,厘清了元胞自动机与多智能体系统的关系,回顾了元胞自动机与多智能体系统在生成式建筑设计领域中应用的历史与现状,发现在早期的生成式建筑设计中,元胞自动机与多智能体系统多数时候被作为两个独立的方向进行研究,而在后期应用中,实际上研究者常常将两种方法进行混用。希望通过梳理国内外多个生成式建筑设计案例中元胞自动机与多智能体系统的运用,对元胞自动机与多智能体系统在生成式建筑设计中的运用有更清晰的理解,并阐述了两种方法在当前生成式建筑设计中的局限性,为后期该领域的进一步研究提供帮助。
Cellular automata and multi-agent system,as an important branch of the current generative architectural design methods,are obsessed by the majority of designers because they can generate some architectural forms and spatial forms that human designers can’t imagine.By combing the initial concepts of cellular automata and multi-agent system,this paper clarifies the relationship between cellular automata and multi-agent system,reviews the history and current situation of the application of cellular automata and multi-agent system in the field of generative architectural design.It is found that in early generative architectural design,cellular automata and multi-agent system are regarded as two independent systems In the later application,in fact,researchers often mix the two methods.In this paper,through combing the application of cellular automata and multi-agent system in many cases of generative architectural design at home and abroad,this paper hopes to make readers have a clearer understanding of the application of cellular automata and multi-agent system in generative architectural design,and expounds the limitations of the two methods in the current generative architectural design,so as to provide help for further research in this field in the future.
