摘要 近年来,城市地铁工程项目持续建设,使得地铁网络趋于完善,但施工环境的复杂程度明显增强,新旧线路交叉与新规划线路间交叉等问题逐渐增加。在地铁工程施工建设过程中,穿越建筑物、道路、桥梁及不同类型管线等结构物的概率更高。在这种情况下,隧道对既有地下结构物的穿越成为亟待解决的问题,可有效指导城市市政工程项目的建设,社会意义显著。结合福州市轨道交通6号线十洋站–吴航站区间临近河道穿越危房工程实例,阐述了盾构穿越钢套筒始发、自动化监测、克泥效及盾构穿越等关键性技术的解决措施及存在的问题,确保周围环境安全使用。 In recent years,with the continuous construction of urban subway engineering projects,the subway network tends to be improved,but the complexity of the construction environment is obviously enhanced,and the problems such as the intersection between the old and new lines and the new planned lines are gradually increasing.In the process of subway construction,the probability of crossing buildings,roads,bridges and different types of pipelines is higher.In this case,the tunnel through the existing underground structure has become an urgent problem to be solved,which can effectively guide the construction of urban municipal engineering projects,and has significant social significance.Combining with the project of crossing dangerous buildings near river channel between Shiyang station and Wu terminal section of Fuzhou rail transit line 6,this paper focuses on the solution measures and existing problems of key technologies such as launching of Shield Crossing steel sleeve,automatic monitoring,mud control effect and shield crossing,so as to ensure the safe use of surrounding environment.
