摘要
通过对850名高职院校学生进行问卷抽样调查,分析了高职院校校园文化对学生工匠精神行为表现的影响研究。结果表明:不同性别学生对非专业文化活动存在显著差异;专业活动、非专业活动、环境文化工对匠精神行为影响显著;自我效能感在专业活动、非专业活动与工匠精神行为表现关系中发挥完全中介作用,在环境文化与工匠精神行为表现关系中发挥部分中介作用。
This article analyzes the influence of the campus culture of the higher vocational colleges on students’ craftsmanship mental behavior through a questionnaire survey of 850 students in higher vocational colleges. The results shows that students of different genders react differently in non-professional cultural activities;professional activities, non-professional activities. Environmental culture has a significant impact on craftsman’s spiritual behavior. Self-efficacy plays a full intermediary role in the relationship between professional activities, non-professional activities and craftsman’s spiritual performance. Yet it plays part of the intermediary role in the relationship between environmental culture and craftsman’s spiritual performance.
