奥沙利铂+替吉奥对进展期胃癌患者近期疗效及血清CTC、IGF-1、MMP-9水平的影响

Effects of Oxaliplatin Combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule on Short-term Curative Effect,Serum CTC,IGF-1 and MMP-9 Levels in Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的探讨奥沙利铂+替吉奥对进展期胃癌患者近期疗效及血清循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法将进展期胃癌患者102例随机分为研究组与对照组,各51例,对照组给予替吉奥治疗,研究组给予奥沙利铂+替吉奥治疗,观察比较两组治疗后的临床疗效,检测两组治疗前后血清肿瘤标志物[糖类抗原50(CA50)、糖类抗原125(CA125)]、血清CTC、MMP-9、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、IGF-1水平,记录两组治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果经治疗后,研究组疾病总控制率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血清CA50、CA125、CTC、MMP-9、VEGF、IGF-1水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论奥沙利铂+替吉奥能提高进展期胃癌患者近期疗效,抑制肿瘤增生,降低肿瘤侵袭力,且不会明显增加不良反应,具有较高的用药安全性。

Objective To explore the effects of oxaliplatin combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule(S-1)on short-term curative effect,levels of serum circulating tumor cells(CTC),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 102 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with S-1,while study group was treated with oxaliplatin and S-1.The clinical curative effect after treatment was observed and compared between the two groups.The levels of serum tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen 50(CA50),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)],CTC,MMP-9,vascular endothelium growth factor(VEGF)and IGF-1 in both groups before and after treatment were detected.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups was recorded.Results After treatment,the total disease control rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),while levels of serum CA50,CA125,CTC,MMP-9,VEGF and IGF-1 were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with S-1 can improve the short-term curative effect on patients with advanced gastric cancer,inhibit tumor proliferation,reduce tumor invasion,and not significantly increase adverse reactions,with relatively higher medication safety.
