疫情严防背景下东北地区高校图书馆服务举措调查研究

Investigation on the Service Measures of University Libraries in Northeast China under the Background of Pandemic Prevention

随着新冠疫情的快速蔓延,全国高校都采取了应急管理措施,控制疫情传播,积极开展各项服务工作。东北地区由于其特殊地理位置,紧邻俄罗斯、日本、韩国等多个国家,面临着输入性病例的巨大压力,文章通过网上调研方式,调查研究了东北地区18所高校图书馆的服务举措,从应急管理、资源推荐、网络服务、空间管理等多个方面进行研究,为高校图书馆在重大安全公共卫生事件下科学应对,发挥文献信息资源保障职能提供借鉴参考。

With the rapid spread of Covid-19 pandemic,colleges and universities across the country have taken rapid emergency management measures to strictly prevent the spread of the pandemic and carry out all kinds of service work.Due to its special geographical location,Northeast China is close to Russia,Japan,South Korea and other countries,facing the huge pressure of new imported cases.Through online research,the paper investigates and studies the service measures of 18 University Libraries in Northeast China from the aspects of resource recommendation,network service,space management,emergency management and other aspects to provide reference for university libraries in carrying out the function of document information resources service well under the major safety and public health events.
