MDT测压取样测前模拟优化技术在南海东部的应用 被引量:2

摘要 MDT测压取样测试在南海东部探井建立区块压力剖面、识别储层流体性质、确定流体界面等方面发挥了重要作用。在深水及复杂油气藏中MDT测压取样时存在较大作业风险。结合多年的现场经验,总结出适合南海东部的MDT测压取样测前模拟优化技术,即根据区域地质、录井、钻井等,优化测压取样点、优选井下工具模块、模拟测压及泵抽取样分析过程,预测油气突破时间及含水率变化情况等。通过应用发现MDT测前模拟优化技术能指导现场测试作业,降低作业风险,提高测试成功率。 MDT(modular dynamic formation tester)pressure measurement and sampling is a necessary test item for exploration wells in the eastern South China Sea.It plays an important role in establishing block pressure profile,identifying reservoir fluid properties and determining fluid interface.There is a great operational risk in MDT pressure measurement and sampling of deep water and complex oil and gas reservoirs.According to the author’s field experience for many years,this paper summarizes the simulation and optimization technology before MDT pressure measurement and sampling,which is suitable for the east of the South China Sea.According to the regional geology,logging,drilling and other data,the pressure measurement sampling points and the downhole tool modules are optimized,the pressure measurement and pumping sampling process is simulated,and the breakthrough time of oil and gas and the change of water cut are predicted.It is found that MDT pre-test simulation and optimization technique can guide field test operation,reduce operation risk and improve test success rate.
