Discussion on Retracting Method of Retractable Split Fishing Spear

可退式分瓣捞矛是井下作业打捞过程中常用的一种可退式打捞工具,在对井下落鱼解卡无效的情况下,地面操作可退出工具,避免施工复杂化。但在施工过程中常常受施工井况、设备性能、错误操作等因素影响导致工具不能正常退出,既增加了处理难度,延长了占井周期,又增加了作业成本。结合冀东油田应用情况,分析可退式分瓣捞矛不能正常退出的原因,并就如何正确使用该工具进行探讨,从施工准备、参数优化、节点把控等方面提出控制措施,以期提高工具的使用效率,降低后续处理难度。

The retractable split fishing spear is a kind of fishing tool commonly used in downhole fishing operations.In the case of failure to release the stuck fish,the use of retrievable fishing tools can avoid the complexity of construction.But in the actual construction process,the tool can not be withdrawn normally due to the influences of well conditions,equipment performance and wrong operation,which not only increases the processing difficulty,prolongs the operation cycle,but also increases the operation cost.According to the actual application in Jidong Oilfield,this paper analyzes the reasons why the retractable split spear can not be withdrawn normally,discusses how to use the tool correctly,and puts forward control measures from the aspects of construction preparation,parameter optimization and node control,so as to improve the use efficiency of the tool and reduce the difficulty of operation.
