摘要
注水压力管理贯穿油田整个开发周期,从前期研究设计阶段的注水压力设计到实施阶段的核实调整优化,应有一套标准化的程序和做法,才能保证注水阶段的安全和效果。在以往常规预测注水压力方法的基础上,考虑表皮系数带来的附加压力及不压裂地层注水等因素,建立了企业标准Q/HS 2078—2019《注水井井口压力计算方法》,确保注够水,安全注水,并根据标准制定了注水压力管理流程及细则。标准实施后,已经应用于近50个油田的注水开发,大大提高了油田开发效果。
Water injection pressure management runs through the whole development cycle of the oilfield.From the design of water injection pressure in early stage to the verification,adjustment and optimization of the design in later stage,there should be a set of standardized procedures and practices to ensure the safety and effect of water injection.On the basis of the conventional prediction method of water injection pressure,considering the additional pressure brought by skin factor and water injection in non-fracturing formation,the enterprise standard Q/HS 2078-2019"Calculation Method of Wellhead Pressure of Water Injection Well"is established to ensure sufficient water injection and safe water injection,and the water injection pressure management process and rules are formulated according to the standard.After the implementation of the standard,it has been applied to water injection development in nearly 50 oilfields,which greatly improves the development effect of oil fields.
