摘要 海洋中深层钻井由于钻遇多套压力体系,漏喷同存导致损失工期严重。精细控压钻井技术可以很好地解决窄压力窗口钻井难题,但是海洋钻井作业空间受限,无法直接引入体积庞大的精细压力控制钻井设备。经过持续攻关,通过高效堵漏拓展安全钻井密度窗口辅以精确的井筒环空多相流体模拟计算模型,并自主研发海洋紧凑型井筒压力控制装备,形成满足海洋钻井特殊需求的井筒压力控制工艺,有效实现了海洋窄安全密度窗口、压力未知区域等高难度区域的开发,为海洋窄压力窗口区安全钻进提供了手段。通过在渤海钻完井作业中应用,降低了高难度井作业费用,保持零井控事故率,为海洋勘探开发安全提供了技术保证。 Due to multiple sets of pressure systems encountered during drilling the middle and deep wells in ocean,the lost circulation and blowout exist at the same time,resulting in serious loss of construction period.Fine pressure control drilling technology can well solve the problem of narrow pressure window drilling,but due to the limited operation space of offshore drilling,it is unable to directly introduce large volume of fine pressure control drilling equipment.Expanding the safe density window of drilling through high-efficiency plugging,and supplemented by the accurate multi-phase fluid simulation calculation model of wellbore annulus,we independently developed a compact offshore wellbore pressure control equipment,the wellbore pressure control technology to meet the special needs of offshore drilling was formed,and the effective development of high difficulty areas such as narrow safe density window and pressure unknown area of offshore drilling were realized,which provides a means for safe drilling in offshore narrow pressure window area.The application of the technology in Bohai drilling and completion operation reduces the operation cost of high difficulty wells,realizes zero well control accident rate,and provides technical guarantee for the safety of marine exploration and development.
