本征光学中弯曲情况下光纤温度测量传感器的应用

摘要 文章所述的工作旨在将有关平面光波导,光能损失的先前分析扩展到圆形光波导。文章还基于此研究测量温度参数,在二氧化硅、有机硅光纤的情况下,在理论上验证了仿真结果。将通过光纤获得的结果与先前弯曲光学平面波导研究获得的结果进行比较。结果表明,弯曲损耗和温度测量范围取决于光纤或波导的曲率半径以及在其上执行传感过程的光波导类型。 The work described in this paper aims to extend the previous analysis of the loss of optical energy in planar optical waveguides to circular optical waveguides.This paper also deals with the measurement of temperature parameters based on this research.In the case of silica and organic silicon fibers,the simulation results are theoretically verified.Comparing the results obtained with the optical fiber with the results obtained comes from previous research on curved optical planar waveguides.The results show that the bending loss and temperature measurement range depend on the radius of curvature of the optical fiber or waveguide and the type of optical waveguide on which the sensing process is performed.
