摘要
文章研究了一种南海某油田在台风期间的新供电模式,即在台风期间关停采油平台的自带发电设施,由陆岸终端向海上采油平台供电。采用LEC评价方法对油田电网台风期间新供电模式首次运行中存在的风险进行定性评估;利用事故树分析方法查找了可能导致海上设施在采用新供电模式后产生断电事故的原因,并对基本事件按重要度进行了排序,给出预防措施。研究认为,台风期间通过陆岸终端对海上平台进行供电的方式是合理可行的,各类风险等级均在可接受范围内。
This paper studies a new power supply model of an oil field in the South China Sea during a typhoon,that is,shutting down the power generation facilities of the oil production platform during the typhoon,and supplying power to the offshore oil production platform from the onshore terminal.The LEC evaluation method is used to qualitatively evaluate the risks existing in the first operation of the new power supply mode of the oil field power grid during the typhoon,and the fault tree analysis method is used to find out the possible causes of power outage accidents in offshore facilities after adopting the new power supply mode,and the basic events are sorted according to the degree of importance,and the preventive measures are given.The study shows that the way of supplying power to the offshore platform through the land-shore terminal during the typhoon is reasonable and feasible,and all kinds of risk levels are within the acceptable range.
