潜油电泵运行故障分析及处理实践 被引量:1

摘要 文章针对潜油电泵在生产实践中常见及特殊故障等,从潜油电泵故障现象剖析可能存在的故障原因,再根据故障原因提出针对性验证方法及对应处理办法。针对海域长距离输电的技术难题,为解决低次斜波、峰值电压问题提出重点关注变频器至电泵的长距离输电运行状态及各项参数的细微变化,给出在操作中具体的解决建议。实践证明,该潜油电泵的故障分析与处理方法,为解决现场故障提供了有效举措。 In view of the common and special faults of electric submersible pump in production practice,this paper analyzes the possible causes of the failure of electric submersible pump,and then puts forward the corresponding verification methods according to the fault causes,and puts forward the corresponding treatment methods.In view of the technical problems of long-distance transmission in the sea area,in order to solve the problems of low-order oblique wave and peak voltage,this paper puts forward to pay attention to the operation state of long-distance transmission from frequency converter to electric pump and the subtle changes of various parameters,and gives specific suggestions in operation.The practice shows that the fault analysis and treatment method of the electric submersible pump provides an effective method to solve the field fault.
