摘要
研究了TA32钛合金自动钨极氩弧焊工艺,采用脉冲TIG焊,通过无损检测、力学性能等技术,分析了工艺参数对接头性能的影响。试验表明,TA32钛合金自动钨极氩弧焊,焊缝外观,内部质量良好,接头抗拉强度达到母材的90%以上。
The technology of TA32 titanium alloy automatic TIG welding was studied.The effect of process parameters on the properties of TA32 titanium alloy joint was analyzed by means of non-destructive testing and mechanical properties.The test shows that TA32 titanium alloy automatic tig welding has good appearance and internal quality,and the tensile strength of the joint is over 90%of the base metal.
