摘要
高效固体阻垢缓蚀剂应用在配套干熄焦发电机组设备的循环冷却水中,延缓了结垢趋势,提高了凝汽器的真空度,不仅替代了传统的缓蚀阻垢剂,替代了非氧化杀菌剂并减少了氧化性杀菌剂的用量,而且降低了循环水的浊度,提高了循环水系统的浓缩倍数,提升了节能减排的水平,与传统有机磷系列的阻垢缓蚀剂比,减少了水质分析项目及加药频次,水处理管理变得更简单、便捷。
The application of high efficiency solid scale and corrosion inhibitor in the circulating cooling water of CDQ generator equipment delays the scaling trend and improves the vacuum of the condenser,which not only replaces the traditional corrosion and scale inhibitor,but also replaces the non-oxidizing fungicide and reduces the amount of oxidizing fungicide,reduces the turbidity of circulating water,increases the concentration ratio of circulating water system,and improves the level of energy saving and emission reduction.Compared with the traditional organophosphorus scale and corrosion inhibitors,the water quality analysis items and the frequency of adding drugs are reduced,and the water treatment management becomes more simple and convenient.
