柚皮素治疗冠心病机制预测及药理学研究进展

Progress in Mechanism Prediction and Pharmacology of Naringenin in the Treatment of CHD

心血管疾病是全世界发病率和死亡率的重要病因。薤白所含有的柚皮素(naringenin)作为黄酮类代表在治疗和预防冠心病方面有重要的药用价值。基于最新的证据,分析并讨论了柚皮素对冠心病的作用机制。在药理学预测模型中发现,柚皮素可作用于多个冠心病相关的通路及靶点(例如KDR、VEGFA等),能通过抗氧化、抗炎和抗凋亡作用对冠心病具有显著的治疗潜力,并在人体病理、生理过程中起着重要的保护作用。

Cardiovascular disease is an important cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide.As the representative of flavonoids,naringenin has important medicinal value in the treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease(CHD).Based on the evidence above,this study analyzed the mechanism of naringenin in the treatment of CHD.In pharmacological prediction models,it is found that naringenin can act on multiple related targets and pathways of CHD(such as KDR and VEGFA).Naringenin has a significant therapeutic potential for several diseases through its antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects and plays an important protective role in human pathophysiological processes.
