“双一流”高校图书馆空间服务调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Space Services of “Double First-Class” University Libraries

文章采用网络调查、文献调研、内容分析等研究方法,对42所"双一流"高校图书馆空间服务现状进行调研,从空间服务栏目、项目两方面进行调查统计和分析。调查发现:空间服务栏目整体上尚可,但栏目设置不规范,且称谓不一;空间服务项目多样,但没有形成完善的服务体系。"双一流"建设背景下,高校图书馆应规范空间服务栏目设置与统一标准称谓,突出空间服务的重要性;优化整合现有空间服务项目内容,注重新型空间服务的拓展;加强科学布局空间结构与设施建设,营造良好的空间环境。

The paper investigates the status quo of space services of 42 double first-class university libraries by means of network research, literature research and content analysis, and makes a statistical analysis from the aspects of space service solumns and programs.The survey found that: the overall space service column is fine, but the column setting is not standardized, and the column titles are different;the space service programs are diverse, but there is no perfect service system.Under the background of double first-class construction, university libraries should standardize space service column setting and unified standard appellation, highlight the importance of space service, optimize and integrate the existing space service programs, pay attention to the expansion of new space service, strengthen the scientific layout of spatial structure and construction, and create a good space environment.
