阿里的新零售探索者盒马鲜生开启了零售业的第四次革命。盒马鲜生运用大数据、人工智能、现代物流重塑业态结构,形成了比传统零售与生鲜电商更明显的竞争优势,成为新零售标杆企业。其竞争优势具体表现在突破性的运营效率、精准的客户定位、丰富的消费体验、高效的物流路径与消费者导向的采购体系五个方面。
Ali’s new retail explorer Freshippo starts the fourth revolution in the retail industry. By utilizing big data,artificial intelligence,and modern logistics to reshape its business structure,Freshippo forms a more obvious competitive advantages than traditional retail and fresh food e-commerce,and becomes a new retail bench-marking enterprise. Its competitive advantages are specifically manifested in five aspects: breakthrough operational efficiency,precise customer positioning,rich consumer experience,efficient logistics paths and consumer-oriented procurement system.
