我国构建“双循环”新发展格局的理论分析

A Theoretical Analysis of my country’s Construction of “Double Cycle” New Development Pattern

党中央提出构建"以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进"的新发展格局,是改革开放以来社会经济发展的必然选择。在构建"双循环"新发展格局的过程中,必须坚持马克思社会再生产理论的指导,重视生产、分配、交换和消费四个环节间的对立统一关系,重视两大部类产品在结构上的平衡关系。在理顺社会再生产的四个环节关系的基础上,遵循两大部类在扩大再生产中的一般规律,我们可以采取加强技术创新、扩大国内消费、推动收入分配改革、加快城市群建设和继续扩大开放的方式,推动内外循环主次结构的顺利转换。

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to build a new development pattern of"domestic cycle as the main body and domestic and international dual cycle mutual promotion",which is an inevitable choice for social and economic development since the reform and opening up.In the process of constructing the new development pattern of"double cycle",we must adhere to the guidance of Marx’s social reproduction theory,pay attention to the unity of opposites between the four links of production,distribution,exchange and consumption,and pay attention to the structural balance of the two major products.On the basis of straightening out the four links of social reproduction and following the general laws of the two major sectors in expanding reproduction,we can take steps to strengthen technological innovation,expand domestic consumption,promote income distribution reform,accelerate urban agglomeration construction,and continue to expand open to the outside world,promote the smooth transformation of the primary and secondary structures of internal and external circulation.
