互联网背景下,教师亟需做好网络元素与学风建设的融合工作,开创一个更符合时代发展要求的教育新格局。巧妙利用互联网技术加强课堂趣味性,将以人为本育人思想贯穿到学风建设全过程,以市场人才需求标准为导向定位学风建设目标,以有效解决现存的各种学风建设问题。

Under the background of the Internet,teachers are in urgent need of integrating network elements with the construction of study style,so as to create a new pattern of education that is more in line with the requirements of the development of the times.Starting from the specific problems,the paper found the targeted countermeasures,which are to skillfully use the Internet technology to bring more fun to the classroom,to run people-oriented education thought through the whole process of the construction of students'study style,to use market talent demand standards as the orientation of the construction of students'study style,thus effectively solve the existing problems in the construction of all kinds of study style.
