区域人工智能产业链优化研究——以浙江省杭州市为例

Research on the Optimization of regional AI Industrial Chain——A Case Study of Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province

新一代人工智能是全球新一轮科技和产业变革的关键驱动力。作为全国数字经济重地的杭州市不断加大人工智能关键技术攻关和产业深度融合发展,促进人工智能与制造业深度融合,但在产业链基础层、科研体系、融资渠道、人才建设、应用场景开发等方面存在的问题制约了人工智能产业的进一步发展。分析了杭州市人工智能产业发展现状及问题,阐述了优化人工智能产业链布局的对策。

The new generation of artificial intelligence is the key driving force of a new round of global technological and industrial changes.As an important place of digital economy in China,Hangzhou has increased the research on key technologies of artificial intelligence and in-depth industrial integration development,and promoted the deep integration of artificial intelligence and manufacturing industry.However,some problems in the basic layer of industrial chain,scientific research system,financing channels,talent construction,application scenario development and other aspects have restricted the further development of artificial intelligence industry.Based on the investigation of the current situation and problems of the development of artificial intelligence industry in Hangzhou,this paper expounds the path to optimize the layout of artificial intelligence industry chain.
