摘要 介绍了在某公司1台25.5 MVA锰硅合金矿热炉炉体拆除清理过程中,分析炉体砖破损原因,验证护炉标准适用性及有效性,为矿热炉安全、高效运行提供理论基础和实践经验。同时采取整体成型工艺修复炉衬措施,配套铁口泥套工艺,实现了快速恢复生产的目的。 In the process of demolition and cleaning-up of a 25.5 MVA ferromanganese-silicon submerged arc furnace body,the causes of furnace body bricks damage were analyzed to verify the applicability and effectiveness of furnace protection standards,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for safe and efficient operation of submerged arc furnace.At the same time,the integral forming process is adopted to repair the furnace lining,and matched with the taphole mud sleeve technological process to realize the purpose of rapid recovery of production.
