摘要
自稳性结构的设计是半潜式无人艇设计与研究的关键所在,它直接影响该艇在水中运动的自稳性状态。通过对该艇结构重心与浮心的计算与调整,使其在较大风浪与水流中可以稳定航行。该艇结构采用模块化思想设计方法,通过改变模块的重量与体积,使整体结构的重心与浮心更便于调整;基于重心与浮心的理论计算,可调整该艇体模块间的布置与安装;此外分析复原力矩随小横倾角的变化对该艇初稳性的影响。通过对计算结果的验证,表明该艇自稳性结构的设计满足要求。湖试和海试证明,该艇可以有效的抵御风浪和水流干扰,验证了该艇整体自稳性结构设计合理有效,同时,该研究结果也可以为半潜式无人艇的设计提供一些参考。
The design of the self-stabilizing structure is the key to the design and research of semi-submersible unmanned boat,which directly affects the self-stabilization state of the boat in the water.By calculating and adjusting the center of gravity and buoyancy of the structure of the boat,it can sail stably in large wind waves and water currents.The structure of the boat adopts the modular idea design method.By changing the weight and volume of the module,the center of gravity and the floating center of the whole structure are more easily adjusted;based on the theoretical calculation of the center of gravity and the floating center,the arrangement and installation between the hull modules can be adjusted.In addition,the initial stability of the boat was analyzed and a Matlab program was calculated.The verification of the calculation results shows that the design of the selfstabilizing structure of the boat meets the requirements.The lake test and the sea test prove that the boat can effectively resist the wind and water flow interference,and verify that the overall self-stable structure design of the boat is reasonable and effective.At the same time,the research results can also provide some reference for the design of the semi-submersible unmanned boat.
