摘要
惩戒教育是学校或教师通过对学生不合规范的行为实施处罚、批评等否定性措施,从而使受罚者认识到自身错误并进行改正的一种处罚方式。以共青城耀邦红军小学师生为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、访谈法、观察法等研究方法,对小学教师实施惩戒教育的态度以及惩戒教育的实施目的、实施标准、实施方式、实施效果进行调查研究,了解现状,找出问题,分析成因,最后从国家、学校、教师、家长与社会这几个层面提出针对性建议。
Disciplinary education is implemented by the school or teachers to students punish students who violatebehavioral norms so that the punished students can recognize the mistake and correct itaccordingly.This paper takes the current situation of disciplinary education in primary school as the starting point and takes teachers and students of Yaobang Red Army Primary School in Gongqingcheng City as the research object.The paper studies the attitude of primary school teachers in implementing disciplinary education as well as the purpose,standard,method,and effect of disciplinary education by adoptingthequestionnaire survey method,interview method,and observation method.The study aims to understand the current situation,identify problems,and analyze causes so as to put forward targeted suggestions from the levels of the country,schools,teachers,parents,and society,thus promoting the implementation of reasonable disciplinary education.
