摘要
基于快速养护需求研发了一种早强型环氧粘结剂,分析了其粘结强度、断裂伸长率的时温变化规律,结果表明该粘结剂早期强度高、柔韧性良好,铺装层摊铺温度对其强度形成有显著促进作用。工程实践表明,钢板上涂刷该粘结剂后可立即摊铺热拌沥青混合料,能够1 h左右快速开放交通。
Based on the need for rapid curing,an early-strength epoxy adhesive was developed,and the time-temperature variation of its bonding strength and elongation at break was analyzed.The results showed that the adhesive has high early strength and good flexibility.The paving temperature of the pavement layer can significantly promote the formation of its strength.Engineering practice showed that the hot-mix asphalt mixture can be spread immediately after the adhesive is applied to the steel plate,and the traffic can be quickly opened in about 1 hour.
