Objective:To study effects of Erythromycin suppository combined with Azithromycin tablets in treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis(NGC).Methods:166 NGC patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,83 cases in each group. The control group was given Azithromycin tablets orally, while the observation group was combined with Erythromycin suppository on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the inflammatory factor[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)]levels before and 7 days after the treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.80%,which was higher than 90.36%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups decreased;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Erythromycin suppository combined with Azithromycin has a good effect on the NGC patients, and can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors with good safety.
