摘要
目的:观察大剂量维生素C联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的效果。方法:选取80例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合大剂量维生素C治疗,比较两组治疗效果、症状体征改善时间、住院时间、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.5%(39/40),明显高于对照组的77.5%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各症状体征改善时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大剂量维生素C联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,可提高治疗总有效率,缩短症状体征改善时间和住院时间,降低血清炎性因子水平,其效果优于单纯阿奇霉素治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of high-dose Vitamin C combined with Azithromycin in treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:80 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the observation group was treated with high-dose Vitamin C on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment effect,symptom and sign improvement time,hospital stay,serum inflammatory factor[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]levels,and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.5%(39/40),which was significantly higher than 77.5%(31/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom and sign improvement time and the hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and CRP in the control group and observation group were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:High-dose Vitamin C combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of the children with Mycoplasma pneumonia can increase the total effective rate of treatment,shorten the symptom and sign improvement time and the hospital stay and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to single Azithromycin.
