黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者的效果

Effects of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Lizhong decoction in treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency type chronic gastritis

目的:观察黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者的效果。方法:选取86例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组采用常规四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃痛、嗳气、恶心呕吐缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规四联疗法基础上应用黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩短临床症状缓解时间,效果优于单纯常规四联疗法。

Objective:To observe effects of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Lizhong decoction in treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency type chronic gastritis.Methods:86 patients with spleen-stomach deficiency type chronic gastritis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional quadruple therapy,while the observation group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Lizhong decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom relief time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 76.74%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of stomach pain,belching,nausea and vomiting in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,here was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional quadruple therapy,Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Lizhong decoction can improve the total effective rate of treatment and shorten the clinical symptom relief time in the treatment of spleen-stomach deficiency type chronic gastritis.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional quadruple therapy.
