大数据驱动下的谣言治理逻辑、路径和范式——以2020年新冠肺炎疫情中的谣言治理为例

Logic,Path and Paradigm of Rumor Governance Driven by Big Data

谣言的网络化生存状态与网络空间的治理逻辑和机制紧密相关,大数据时代下的谣言治理路径在技术迭代和范式革命中被赋予了新的生命力。后信息社会中的各种谣言甚嚣尘上,而此次新冠疫情的网络谣言攻坚战中大数据的精准辟谣发挥了重要作用。为了更好地探究数据化时代的网络谣言治理机制,本文基于案例研究和归纳分析,建立大数据时代的谣言传播力影响指标和谣言传播模型。最终提出要建立健全由政府主导、社会协同和公民参与的社会化治理范式,以助力中国的现代化治理体系建设。

The Internet-based existence of rumors is closely related to the governance logic and mechanism of cyberspace.The rumor governance path in the era of big data has been given new vitality in the technological iteration and paradigm revolution.With the outbreak and development of the Covid-19,various rumors in the post-information society are on the rise,and big data has played an important role in this battle against online rumors.This article takes the practice of rumor management amid Covid-19 as an example to establish a rumor spreading model in the era of big data.It proposes a governance paradigm that is led by the government,collaborated by the society and participated by the public,in an effort to strengthen China’s modernized governance system.
