人的全面发展是多方面的全面发展,包含个性、社会关系、能力和需要的全面发展。为了更好地保障民生,为人民谋更多的福祉,促进人的全面发展,党的十九届四中全会根据我国现实的社会情况,在唯物史观的视域中,提出了相关举措包含着对人的个性、能力、社会关系等方面的发展,加深人们对人的全面发展的认识,促进人的全面发展。

The all-round development of human beings is a multi-faceted all-round development,which is a comprehensive development that includes personality,social relations,abilities and needs.In order to better protect people’s livelihood,seek more well-being for the people,and promote the all-round development of the people,the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party,according to the actual social conditions in China,put forward relevant measures including the development of human personality,ability,social relations,which deepens people’s understanding of human all-round development and promotes human all-round development.
