基层公务员公共服务动机与职业倦怠的关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 对江苏省159位基层公务员采用Perry修订的四维度PSM测量表及李超平修订后的MBI-GS量表进行调查,并使用SPSS等统计软件对所调查数据结果进行相关分析。分析表明:江苏省159位基层公务员的公共服务动机和职业倦怠在性别、年龄、工作年限和政治面貌上的单因素方差分析(ANOVA)无显著差异,存在均值差异,由公共服务动机与职业倦怠的相关分析得出的相关系数为-0.322。数据结果表明当前我国基层公务员具有一定程度上的职业倦怠问题,且我国基层公务员的公共服务动机和职业倦怠存在显著的负相关关系,即基层公务员公共服务动机越高,职业倦怠程度越低,公共服务动机对职业倦怠具有正面积极影响并对职业倦怠具有调节效应。 159 grass-roots public servants in Jiangsu Province are investigated by using the four-dimensional PSM scale revised by Perry and the MBI-GS scale revised by Li Chaoping,and the results of the survey are analyzed by using statistical software such as SPSS.The analysis shows that there is no significant difference in the one-way analysis of variance of public service motivation and job burnout in terms of gender,age,years of work,and political status among 159 grass-roots public servants in Jiangsu Province,and there is a mean difference.The correlation coefficient of public service motivation and job burnout is-0.322.The data show that the current grass-roots public servants in our country have a certain degree of job burnout problem.And there is a significant negative correlation between the public service motivation and job burnout of the grass-roots public servants in our country,that is,the higher the public service motivation of the grass-roots public servants,the lower the degree of job burnout.The public service motivation has a positive effect on job burnout and has the adjustment effect on job burnout.
