摘要
针对某纯电动汽车开发高续航和APA高配功能时,由于前载荷增加,转向软件需重新匹配调校时,存在转向手力偏大、低速高速回正不理想、随速转向增益过大等问题。通过转向性能曲线调校优化,增大原地低速助力扭矩,增加阻尼补偿,优化回正参数等。调校后经过主观评价及客观测试,达到目标要求,并为电动助力转向调校做参考。
When a pure electric vehicle is developed with high endurance and APA high matching functio,due to the increase of front load,the steering software needs to be re-matched and adjusted.There are some problems,such as too large steering hand force,unsatisfactory realignment at low speed and high speed,and too large steering gain with speed.By adjusting and optimizing the steering performance curve,increasing the in-place low-speed power assist torque,increasing the damping compensation,optimizing the righting parameters,etc.The objective requirements were met through subjective evaluation and objective testing after adjustment.It is a reference for the adjustment of electric power steering.
