摘要
本文通过对某型号发动机前端负载进行分析,叠加出加载在曲轴前端上的最大扭矩;计算由于皮带轮螺栓夹紧力的作用,及形成曲轴链轮与曲轴端面产生的摩擦力矩。将摩擦力矩与最大扭矩的比值作为螺栓的安全系数,比较该螺栓安全系数和评价标准,评估得出该螺栓的强度不满足设计要求。在增大螺栓直径后,经过计算,新的螺栓强度满足设计要求。
In this paper,by analyzing the front-end load of a certain type of engine,the maximum torque loaded on the front-end of crankshaft is superimposed,calculate the friction torque between crankshaft sprocket and crankshaft end due to the clamping force of pulley bolt.The ratio of friction torque and maximum torque is taken as the safety factor of the bolt,and the safety factor and evaluation standard of the bolt are compared.It is concluded that the strength of the bolt does not meet the design requirements.After increasing the diameter of the bolt,the strength of the new bolt can meet the design requirements.
