Theory Evolution and Development Problems of Translational Medicine

转化医学是生物医学发展过程中诞生的一个复杂交叉学科,转化医学未来在提升人类整体的预防、诊断、治疗水平上,将发挥更大的作用。以转化医学的引领性期刊文献和重点科研机构相关研究为基础,从历史发展进程的视角,分析了转化医学的理论演化进程,并基于科技管理的视角下,从转化医学机构建设、创新主体及主体协作、经费资助、人才培养及评价四个维度分析了转化医学发展面临的问题。最后在这些基础上,对未来发展做出展望。

Translational medicine is a complex interdisciplinary science born in the development of biomedicine.It is expected to play a greater role in improving the overall level of prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of human beings.Based on the leading journal literature and related researches in key scientific research institutions of translational medicine,the theory evolution process of translational medicine has been analyzed from the perspective of historical development.Then problems faced in the development of translational medicine have been discussed,including institution construction,innovation subjects and their collaboration,funding mechanism,personnel cultivation and evaluation.At last,a prospect on translational medicine has been made.
