摘要
[目的]筛选可用于棉花粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley化学防治的高效药剂。[方法]采用喷雾法测定了22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂、22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂、30%烯啶虫胺水分散粒剂、60%烯啶虫胺·吡蚜酮水分散粒剂、40%噻虫啉悬浮剂5种农药制剂3个浓度对棉花粉蚧3龄若虫的防效。[结果]5种药剂防效在7 d内随时间延长总体呈上升趋势。处理后7 d,22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂3000倍液对棉花粉蚧的防效达91.67%,22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂500倍液的防效达92.08%,30%烯啶虫胺水分散粒剂1000倍液、60%烯啶虫胺·吡蚜酮水分散粒剂2500倍液、40%噻虫啉悬浮剂1000倍液的防效分别为98.67%、94.53%、92.83%。[结论]22%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂、22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂、30%烯啶虫胺水分散粒剂、60%烯啶虫胺·吡蚜酮水分散粒剂、40%噻虫啉悬浮剂5种农药制剂对棉花粉蚧均具有良好防效,可用于该蚧的防治。该研究为棉花粉蚧的化学防治提供了依据和指导。
[Objective]To screen efficient insecticides for cotton Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley chemical control.[Method]Five commercial insecticides including 22%sulfoxaflor SC,22.4%spirotetramat SC,30%nitenpyram WDG,60%(15 nitenpyram:45 pymetrozine)WDG,and 40%thiacloprid SC were used to test their toxicity against cotton Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley using spraying method under the laboratory condition.[Result]All of the insecticides showed excellent toxicity on cotton Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley and their control efficiency increased with the prolonging of time in every treatment.The results showed that relative toxicities from high to low tested by 3rd nymph were 22%sulfoxaflor SC,60%(15 nitenpyram:45 pymetrozine)WDG,30%nitenpyram WDG,40%thiacloprid SC,and 22.4%spirotetramat SC.In detail,mortality of 3rd nymphs was 91.67%under the treatment of 3000-fold diluent of 22%sulfoxaflor SC after 7 days.500-fold diluent of 22.4%spirotetramat SC caused 92.08%mortality of 3rd nymphs after 7 days,1000-fold diluent of 30%nitenpyram WDG caused 98.67%mortality of 3rd nymphs after one week,2500-fold diluent of 60%(15 nitenpyram:45 pymetrozine)WDG caused 94.53%mortality of 3rd nymphs after 7 days,and 1000-fold diluent of 40%thiacloprid SC caused 92.83%mortality of 3rd nymphs after 7 days.[Conclusion]The results showed 22%sulfoxaflor SC,22.4%spirotetramat SC,30%nitenpyram WDG,60%(15 nitenpyram:45 pymetrozine)WDG,and 40%thiacloprid SC are suitable for chemical control of P.solenopsis nymphs.It provided technical support for chemical control of cotton mealybug.
