蜂业科技国际合作管理探析——以中国农业科学院蜜蜂研究所为例

Discussions on International Science and Technology Cooperation and Management of Apiculture—A Case Study of Institute of Apicultural Research,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences

国际科技合作既是共同应对外部挑战的需要,也是助力科学研究发展的有效途径。蜂业是我国传统行业,开展蜂业科技国际合作对蜂业科技创新和蜂产业发展具有重要意义。以中国农业科学院蜜蜂研究所为例,从国际合作平台建设、国际合作项目、国际人才培养、科研人员出国、国外专家学者来访、国际组织兼职等方面全方位梳理了蜂业国际合作现状,分析了存在的问题,并提出了相关建议。

International scientific and technological cooperation is not only the need for joint response to external challenges,but also an effective way to promote the development of scientific research.Apiculture is a traditional industry in China.International cooperation of apiculture technology is of great significance to the innovation of apiculture technology and the development of apiculture industry.Taking the Institute of Apicultural Research,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences(CAAS)as an example,this paper comprehensively reviews the current status international cooperation in apiculture from the aspects of international cooperation platform construction,international cooperation projects,international talent training,research personnel exchange,positions in international organizations.The existing problems were analyzed and suggestions were put forward.
