新工科背景下高校食品专业实验教学改革探索

Exploration on the Experimental Teaching Reform of Food Specialty in Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Engineering

新工科背景下需要实践型、创新型人才,传统教学模式已经不适应新形势的要求,而全面的实验教学改革是一个系统工程,需要社会力量、学校、院系、师生等多方合力不断探索。分析了实验室建设、教师素质、教学理念、教学方法、学生认识等影响高校实验教学改革的因素,探讨了改革的方向,提出了以实验教学中心建设为依托,以双师型教师为引领,以卓越人才培养为核心,以工程认证为契机,全面促进实验教学改革,以期为新工科背景下高校实验教学改革及新型工程人才培养模式的建立提供新思路。

Under the background of new engineering,practical and innovative talents are needed,but the traditional teaching mode has not adapted to the requirements of the new situation.The comprehensive experimental teaching reform is a systematic project,which requires the joint efforts of social forces,schools,departments,teachers and students,and so on.This paper analyzed the factors that affected the reform of experimental teaching in colleges and universities,such as laboratory construction,teachers’quality,teaching methods of teaching idea and students’understanding,discussed the direction of reform,put forward that we should take“the construction of experimental teaching center as the support,the double-qualified teachers as the guide,the cultivation of outstanding talents as the core,the engineering certification as the opportunity”to promote the reform of experimental teaching in colleges and universities,so as to provide new ideas for the experimental teaching reform in colleges and universities and the establishment of new engineering talent’s cultivation model under the background of new engineering.
