摘要 随着国家产业结构的调整和转型升级,新技术、新动能、新产业迅猛发展,市场对专业技术人才的需求量大幅度增长。随之而来的是传统高职院校的人才培养方式也要进行改革,因此,对打造“双师型”教师创新团队建设工作带来了新的机遇与挑战。着重从“双师型”教师教育教学创新团队建设中所遇到的问题和挑战为切入点,深入分析并且提出建设“双师型”教师创新团队的对应策略。 With the adjustment,transformation and upgrading of the national industrial structure,new technology,new energy and new industry are developing rapidly,and the market demand for professional and technical talents is increasing greatly.Meanwhile,the traditional talent training mode of higher vocational colleges should also be reformed.Therefore,it brings new opportunities and challenges to the construction of"double qualified"teachers'innovative team.This paper focuses on the problems and challenges encountered in the construction of"double qualified"teachers'education and teaching innovation team,deeply analyzes and proposes the corresponding strategies for the construction of the"double qualified"teachers'innovation team.
