摘要 对于长距离输水工程,当发生事故停泵时,产生的停泵水锤会对管线造成破坏性影响。结合工程实例,利用Bentley Hammer水锤和瞬态分析软件对管线进行停泵水锤模拟计算。分别对无水锤防护措施和采用空气阀以及单向调压塔联合作用,并配合泵后液控止回蝶阀两阶段关闭的防护技术进行分析。对比不同水锤防护措施,在保证停泵水锤压力符合规范要求的情况下,为该工程提出科学、经济的水锤防护措施。同时,对于同类工程也具有一定的参考意义。 For long-distance water transmission projects,when an accident occurs to stop the pump,the pump-stopping water hammer will have a damaging effect on the pipeline.In this paper,combined with engineering examples,Bentley Hammer water hammer and transient analysis software are used to perform pump-stopping water hammer simulation calculation on the pipeline.The water hammer protection measures and the combined use of air valves and one-way surge tank,together with the protection technology of the two-stage closing of the hydraulically controlled check butterfly valve behind the pump,are analyzed.Contrast different water hammer protection measures,and provide a scientific and economic water hammer protection measure for the project while ensuring that the pressure of the water hammer when the pump is stopped meets the standard requirements.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for similar projects.
