摘要 针对传统控制系统中一对一布线导致的系统可靠性差的问题,设计基于遗传程序的大中型水闸综合自动化控制系统。在硬件部分,设计通信功能与水闸监控界面;在软件部分,基于遗传程序确定控制目标传递函数,设计回路控制器实现水闸自动化控制。测试结果表明,设计的控制系统元件总故障率低,闸门开度控制准确,系统可靠性得到提高。 Aiming at the problem of poor system reliability caused by one-to-one wiring in traditional control systems,a large and medium-sized sluice integrated automation control system based on genetic program is designed.In the hardware part,design the communication function and the sluice monitoring interface;in the software part,determine the control target transfer function based on the genetic program,design the loop controller to realize the sluice automation control.The test results show that the total failure rate of the designed control system components is low,the gate opening control is accurate,and the system reliability is improved.
