互联网+“智能手机+微信”模式在公体健美操教学中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Internet+"Smart Phone+Wechat"Mode in Public Aerobics Teaching

为加快实现《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中提出的基本实现教育现代化,建成学习型社会,本文采用文献资料、教学实验、逻辑分析、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法,探讨互联网+时代“智能手机+微信”教学模式在高校公体健美操选项课中的应用,以期为高校公体健美操选项课教学模式改革提供依据。研究结果显示:新模式下,学生的健美操总体成绩明显优于传统教学模式;学习态度变得更积极,从过去单纯被动学习到主动去发现和自我纠正的转变;内容更为直观清晰、人性化、多样化;学生对新模式教学效果持认可态度,认为新模式更优越、更灵活,更能激发同学们学习的积极性;并就个人看法对教学实施过程中存在不足,提出宝贵建议。互联网+“智能手机+微信”教学模式适用于高校公体健美操选项课,此模式有利于提高学生自主学习能力,满足学生个性化发展。

In order to speed up the implementation of the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)"in the basic realization of modernization of education,build a learning society,this paper adopts literature,teaching experiments,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,explore the Internet+era"smartphones+WeChat"teaching model in the application of the male body aerobics in higher education,so as to the male body in colleges and universities aerobics option course teaching mode reform.The results show that under the new teaching mode,the students'overall performance of aerobics is obviously better than the traditional teaching mode.The learning attitude has become more positive,from the past simple passive learning to active discovery and self-correction change;The content is more intuitive and clear,humanized and diversified.Students recognized the teaching effect of the new model,believing that the new model is more superior,more flexible,and can stimulate students'learning enthusiasm.In addition,the author puts forward some valuable suggestions on the inadequacies in the process of teaching implementation.The teaching mode of Internet+"smart phone+WeChat"is suitable for the optional course of public body-building aerobics in colleges and universities.This mode is conducive to improving students'autonomous learning ability and satisfying students'personalized development.
